At the Physiomed Plus office, we foster the principle of an individual approach to the patient so that each person receives the best solution for their own needs. After filling out a questionnaire about the patient's general condition, gender and age, an examination of the skin and subcutaneous fat tissue performing, the doctor evaluates the solution in relation to the patient's wishes.

Doctor Sanja Prodanović advises how to maintain a youthful appearance as long as possible despite the fast pace of life, inevitable aging and briefly describes the procedures that are carried out in the Physiomed Plus PHC.

There is no magic recipe for rejuvenation, nor for rejuvenating the skin. The best recommendation for both genders is timely skin care and lifestyle balance. We cannot control aging as a natural process, but we can make good choices throughout our lives and have good habits. Let's say, choose to eat healthy food, engage in some physical activity, sleep enough because sleep regenerates us and, of course, less stress and more laughter, if possible. And anti-aging medicine, in addition to a good aesthetic effect, contributes to the feeling of satisfaction and greater self-confidence in the patient, so we can consider it very useful for people who are thinking of undergoing an anti-aging treatment. Patients should definitely know that this procedure has its advantages and disadvantages in relation to the patient's age and wishes, and it is best to inform them in live conversation with the doctor, to choose the appropriate procedure that will bring them the desired result.

For example, the first mesotherapy can be started from the age of 25, and later other procedures such as fillers, botox and thread lift can be included.

Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive procedure that applies mesococktails containing oligoelements, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid. The procedure lasts about 30 minutes and can be used to treat the face, neck, décolletage, stomach, and thighs. Side effects may include mild burning and redness, which usually subside within 24 hours.

Hyaluronic fillers can be of different density and durability, and in addition to filling wrinkles, they can compensate for volume, for example cheekbones and chin.

Botox is the best procedure for neutralizing wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes. When applying botox, the most important thing is to apply tested preparations and to be done by an experienced specialist doctor.

Thread lift is the application of thin and flexible threads under the skin. The result is tight and smooth skin when the final results are visible after 2-3 months.

In order to eliminate fat deposits, lipolysis is performed. With this procedure, localized fat deposits disappear using cocktails that are injected directly into the fatty tissue. Thin needles are used so the procedure is almost painless. Lipolysis is a process that takes place over a period of 4-8 weeks. The number of series is individual. Treatments are repeated every 7-10 days. Side effects of lipolysis are redness, itching, bruising and swelling. The swelling is most intense in the period 24-72 hours after the treatment. Women during pregnancy, breastfeeding, people with diabetes and people with autoimmune diseases should not do lipolysis.
